Without a shadow, you flawlessly exist,
Drawing the attention of everyone and thing.

From which the word 'bright' existed for,
Independently, you depend on no other source,
Paving the path for what and who comes after.

Irreplaceable is what you've been known to be,
It remains an unthinkable thought to choke you out,
The decision to leave has solely ever been yours.

Giving colour to everything you touch,
White and black take flight at your very sight,
You really do make orange the new black.
