We always plan a life like a wonderful painting,
But sometimes, we somehow paint a foggy landscape.
Fools will lay still like a rock and never stop complaining.
But the keen will stand up and paint over a prettier shape.
And time will show if it's worth the tackling.
And to not lay and complain for a reality escape.
For life gives and crafts out an unexpected battling.
And as strivers, we push and wish for that escape.
