Womb
In the womb of time, lay emotions many
anger, jealousy, hatred, joy and greed.
And when these churn, they change the moods of men-
anger changes to solace, love changes to hatred and despair to joy.
Does it mean that men's deeds are not responsible?
Is it that we sit idle and let the emotions play in our hearts?
But this churning takes place when our thoughts change,
and thoughts lead to actions and actions to emotions.
Thoughts are untamed, they flow ceaselessly and generate emotions
And time pregnant with it, goes on unfailingly like a woman
who carries the seed of her joy for nine months.
But in this journey, she encounters abuse, anger and hatred.
Yet, she stands firm and strong and heals the wounds of many
as time does, when men succumb to grief.
