I remember my Dad today and always.The memories came surging,I couldn't hold back my pen but pen down this thoughts that flooded my mind.

Sweet memories that will linger for a life time.You were the lifewire of the family,no dull moment with you.

You would always stretch a hand of fellowship to those in need. Your kind gesture is top notch second to none.

The social man who would take us out for a picnic or your boys for fishing,while you carry me on your neck crossing a certain bridge. I had phobia for water,I still do haven't conquered it yet.

You would always celebrate our little winnings with us,especially when we do well in school.You raised us the best way you knew how to,I'm grateful to God for you even while you are long gone.

When we are punished for our misbehaviour you would always remind us why we were punished. Afterward you would draw us close. You have remain endeared to our hearts.

Your kids are now all grown,some married with kids. I know you know all that,nothing is new to you guys up there.😊

I will continue to relish this fond memories of my childhood with you. It's my own way of keeping you alive.You are long gone but your memories lives on.
