Why do you love me?
Why do you care?
What from me, do you really want?

I know my heart is ready to love again
And, my soul yearns for an eternal mate
But, these fears, these memories...

Flashes of horror from yester-years
Haunting and taunting.
My past keeps calling.

Should I be happy, should I be scared?
Should I stay in hope for a happy end?
Or run from this wolf in form of a friend?
