I can’t tell if I’m high
or if this is what it’s like to feel alive

Is this just what it’s like to be human
or is the weed making me feel inhuman

Is it normal to feel like an audience
when I’m sitting in my own skin

Maybe it’s my medication
or is it me trying to medicate it

Why is life just assigned?
maybe that’s why I hate mine

I don’t want to self eliminate
so I’ll stick to feeling elevated
