Just because I am an Orphan!
Sun rays striking far ends
like sea breezes being pushed out of the sea by a strong storm..
my heart beating heavily like I was rejected something to eat!
My heart skipped a beat!
I want to be far
Far in the unknown land,
land of my father and mother
land of freedom to
love!
to laugh!
to ask!
Just because I am an Orphan
no one wants to acknowledge my pains!
Just because I am an Orphan
no one wants to listen to my story!
Who will wipe off my tears now that I am about to cry?
Who will share with me my sorrows?
Who will listen to the words my heart will tell?
Just because I am an Orphan!
I can no longer say a positive word in the community...
Some people look at me like a cursed tree that can not bear fruits anymore.
Just because I am an Orphan!
I have no access to education like every other child.
I am denied good health and happiness
Just because I am an Orphan!
What else can I say rather than to cry and make peace through tears?
