Yes, we've had ups and downs
But we always made it through
Yes we've screamed and fallen out
But what else we meant to do?
We've had our good days
And we've had our bad
On the bad we argue
On the good, we drink and laugh
I'll laugh with you when you're happy
Support you when you're sad
You do the same for me
No questions asked.
I love you unconditionally,
Because I am your son.
Yes, we've got a rocky history
But, you'll always be my best friend.
You'll always be my Mum. Xxx .....
Then he writes at the bottom: I loved your poem so much. I tried writing you one in return.
Love and miss you all.
