Sadness... the emotion of which we are all well acquainted, the bleakness, the heartache, the dysphoria

Sadness can be confusion of what's next?
Sadness can be grief of loss big or small,
Sadness can be 3am when loneliness strikes,

And unfortunately your character needs all flavors of Sadness to develop,
For today's sorrow can be tomorrow's strength,

Because I can promise you that if you use your suffering to grow,
You will reap the new growth you sow,

So even if you can't get out of bed,
just remember what I said.
