~She was a diamond in her own right ;beautiful from the day she was born,

Sculptured effortlessly and flawlessly by the creator she adored,

Her lips were lusciously hued purple with a tint of pink ,

Her eyes dark brown, piercing and deep any man could sink.

But…..

Beneath her enchanting smile was a heart of gold ,

Behind her bountiful beauty a story untold,

Stories of scars , stories of hurt, stories of pain and battle,

A tale that would make any sane person rattle ,

She stood bold , beautiful but bruised,

Tired she wept thinking she’d lose.

So…..

She laced her eyes with cyanide,

Scared that if she cried,
She would die,

She Locked her heart so tight,

No man could pry,

Wore a smile so bright ,

but spoke truths mixed with lies,

laid bare and shackled by thinning ties,

Now unmoved by the many goodbyes ,

that left her empty , cold and denied .

Yet…

Still she fought,
in solitude she grew,

Memories faded her heart beaten black and blue,

Searching for her sculptor whose love is always true,

to heal her broken spirit which left her split in two.

However…,

She thought herself dirty ,

Unworthy of the love she sought ,

Secretly screaming and enduring for mercy,

from the many battles she’s fought,

deep in her mind she would wonder,

Lost and confused many misjudged her,

Seeking light she would ponder,

to fly fearlessly and freely into the white sky yonder .

Little does she know….

She is worthy to be loved ,

even if her heart is bruised or numbed ,

Gods love is true there is no limit or line,

Written in Roman chapter 8 verse 35-39,

Forever Waiting for her with his arms widened,
