As it is regarded,the child is the father of the man-paradoxical one seeing to most.Why is the "father of the man",the child?
The child is considered as the "father of the man" through maturation.The child develop's as a full "man" with the provision of growth season by season.

The overview of the caption looks at how the child is deprived in the environment, where as the involvement of growth within the child becoming "man" through maturation, urges him of serving as a total controller of this environment when he turns man.

Most of our communities, children are being deprived with basic needs and services which in return enhance the development of the child.
some of these services are must to the child and they cannot go without them respectively.

such services includes; food, clothing and shelter, health care, education and the role of manhood in society.
If most of these services are not met,the resultant to the child is what I called "Deliquency Behavior".

Deliquency is a process during the stages of the child as juvenile seeks recognition or puts on a behavior act which is unacceptable within the environment for him/her to be recognized.

so the child must all-out protected from such to happen within his/her development stages, and the intellectual stages by jean Piaget should be implemented during the process of growth within the child's development.

For they are going to be consider or serve as "Father of the man" in the environment tomorrow.
