I cried for an hour in the shower
Cried until my eyes were red
Cried to reassure
that I am no longer sad
Cried to promise
that its the last time & never
Cried to relieve my pain
Cried so I could walk out free
than feeling trapped
in the cage of my feelings
Cried to let go of thoughts
that made me disappointed & depressed
Cried until I was sure
there is no more pressure in my head
Cried to give assurance to myself
I shall feel better and happier
