Few can promise forever,
But many can promise today.
Many cry for forever,
Just as many neglect their forever.
Friends are a treasure,
just as they are a Pirate.
They can sweep in and bring you happiness,
just as they can slip out and leave you in sorrow.
Friends can be a strength,
just as they can be a weakness.
They can be a source of comfort and happiness.
just as they can be a source of hurt and sadness.
Friendship is an adventure,
an adventure that we're all taking part in.
