JUTC Bus Line
Half Way Tree, a hub of strife
Where buses come, and go, and life
A wait that’s long, a test of will
For the JUTC bus, that’s standing still
Minutes tick, like hours in pain
As the sun beats down, like a relentless rain
The crowd grows, with each passing minute
A sea of faces, with a collective sentiment
‘look how long me deh here a wait n all now?’ a chorus cries
As the wait, becomes a never-ending sigh
For the wheels to turn, and the engine to roar
And take us away, from this sweltering shore
But still we wait, with a patient grace
For the bus to arrive, and take its place
In the queue of life, where we all abide
Waiting for the ride, to the other side
Half Way Tree, a symbol of our plight
Where the wait, is a constant fight
But we endure, with a resilient heart
For the JUTC bus, that will take us to our start
