In shadows, they lurk, with venomous tongues,
Slackers, spreading poison, where hard work belongs,
Discouraging others, with careless might,
Wounding hearts, with cruel delight.
Their words, a dagger, piercing deep,
"You're wasting time," they say, in endless sleep,
Insults and mockery, their wicked game,
Leaving hard workers with shame.
Depression creeps, like a thief in night,
As slackers' words, snuff out inner light,
Motivation dwindles, like fading embers,
Leaving dreams, in cold, dark tremors.
