It's hard sometimes, I know it is,
Days you have to act like words don't cut deep
Or how it sucks, every time your feelings are not validated,
Times where you're taught not to be expressive, otherwise you'd look weak,
Constantly being told to tough up and be a man.

Are men not humans too?
Weren't they also created to feel human emotions?
Why had sanity become the cost of being a man?

Let it all out, if it ever becomes so burdensome,
Your feelings matter too, be expressive of them,
Don't let society dictate your actions,
It's okay not to be exactly masculine.
