The story of life,
Is a work in progress,
Success or strife,
You're allowed to digress

For there will be dark days that weigh
And bright days that save .
Congratulations and condolences
All got me to this.
This day and this praise
Yes, I can honestly say
I've learned to love life
The success and the strife
For both perfect my design
As I walk through time

So if you're in the dark, you must wait
And if you're in the light, I suggest you bathe
While trying to get a little wiser everyday
