Just Some Perspective
Success is something on which most folks disagree,
But I can assure you, success is more than you see.
You think, most people who earn all the money,
Just sit around dumb, taking all of the honey.
It's quite easy to think, that your neighbor's a dink.
You assume the worst about those with the money,
But you don't see what it takes to make all the honey.
It is truly a shame, and the "news" is to blame.
You see, most people who take home all the bread,
Are the ones still awake, long after you're in bed.
It's not easy to see, but just try to believe.
You don't want to work on the weekends,
And if not for that, you'd have no time for friends.
It would be hard to blame you, I like my friends too.
What you don't know, which I wish you would,
Well-off people aren't evil , and neither are you.
