Brown Eyes
[Brown Eyes]
Most people adore blue eyes—the ones that whisper late nights at the beach and early mornings riding the waves. They are an assortment of blues; azure, sapphire, cerulean, aqua, and lapis.
Some people like green eyes—the ones with the whispers of forests. They range from the darkest olive to the brightest lime, a portal into nature herself.
There are gray eyes too. They remind you of frosted nights and silver accents on old, otherworldly mansions. From ash to cinder, they are beautiful and hold much intrigue.
And yet as I stare at these colors, I am reminded that they are not yours.
