The walk of life
Is the longest ever
From the moment of birth
To the moment we die
And all the splendiferous moments in between
Plus the horrid ones
One founds out who has your back and who doesn't
Elation, and heartbreak and all the little moments in between
You're loved by many and hated too
Unfortunately being left vacant in the heart can kill
So can deeds done in the name of love
Families divide
Friendships and marriages dissolve
It's up to you to make that difference
Guard your heart and love those who are honest
You'll be glad you did
