I don't believe in mere wishes,
But I do believe in making my wishes come true.
Even when people make a wish on their special day,
I wonder how those wishes come true.
Wishes don't come true on their own.
You make your wishes come true
By working towards that dream
For it to be a perfection and not imperfection.
When you make a wish,
That wish coming true is a bliss,
But when it doesn't come true,
It's just like a miss.
Don't let your wish feel rejected,
Rather, make your wish feel protected.
Making a wish is perfect,
Folding your arms for your wishes to come true is a defect.
I disagree that a wish can come true if you don't work towards making it a reality.
