Acceptance
He really feels like a She
But that's not what others see
They judge because they don't agree
So they refuse to let her be
It's women that she prefers
And now she found one that loves her
And their love fuels society's anger
But it won't stop their love for each other
Ridiculing love is entirely unfair
True love is exceptionally rare
Why is it assumed it's something in need of repair
And why is that hate accepted everywhere
To that I have no answer
I hope each day we will become a little better
That acceptance will come a little easier
And that being in love is no longer feared
