My Robot Self....

Half of my life I've spent at work,
Day in and day out, I never shirked.

Burning time away, without a care,
Until I realized, life's not fair.

Living life like a robot,
Every day, the same old plot.
Creativity's gone, I'm just a machine,
A lifeless shell, with no gleam.

But then I realized, it's not too late,
To reset my life, to change my fate.
To prioritize my health, my mental state,
And break free from this monotonous gait.

I'll take time to breathe, to meditate,
To nurture my soul, to contemplate.
To live in the moment, and appreciate,
All the beauty that life has to create.

I'll break free from this robotic shell,
And rediscover who I am, not just a sell.
I'll embrace my uniqueness, let it dwell,
And live a life, that I love and excel.

My robot me, will no longer exist,
For I am human, with love to persist.
I'll live my life, with passion and zest,
And cherish every moment, for it's the best.
