The luxury of good
all good
any good
because if it all is the roll of cosmic random dice
it is a miracle any good thing exists to be had at all
death and mayhem have higher odds of success
The suffering know the truth of it
and their tyrants see the necessity to punish

but what is truth if it is all random?
the truth is the bitter medicine of tyrants and they cannot stomach it. For who would dare say that their good was ill-gotten under threat of death?
But where the complainers are well fed
tyrants seek them as an ally to their untruth
to reform justice from unfairness
Justice stands for purpose and brings understanding
Fairness is the wind of vengeance that leaves with two teeth and both eyes
Fairness will change the powers that be at the cost of meaning. And that is destruction of culture. And that will redefine good for the hope of finding a meal.
