Maybe it was luck.. if only I believed in severed rabbit foots.
Maybe it was fate.. if only I believed in the cosmos.
If only I could understand why men and women walked along in the middle of the road wearing clothing.. they earned.
One day I will.. I Told myself long ago. I was selfish then.. so let me set the record straight. Grandpa got to eat for free and for me, some awful sponge cake. How much sense did that make.
That was my day..and my day alone I use to say. It's ok little one it's ok. I pray you never know the price we had to pay he would convey.
Sometimes I'm still alittle bit selfish. So happy veterans day to all. You all have helped us to be free.
