The sky is dark and the wind is cold, Lightening strikes and the The thunder roars. I feel the fear and the pain inside, The storm is raging and I can't hide

But then I remember that this too shall pass,
That every storm has an end at last. That there is a rainbow after the rain, That there is a purpose behind the pain

I'll find my strength and my comfort. I'll reconstruct my shelter and my refuge. I will calm the storm and heal my wounds. I'll focus on hope and my gratitude

So I will not give up and I will not despair, I will face the storm with courage and care. I will believe in myself my dreams are true, I will wait for the dawn and the sky of blue
