In the forge of life, where dreams take flight,
There exists a truth, shining ever bright,
A mantra whispered amidst struggle and strain,
No pain, no gain, the catalyst for gain.

For every victory, hard-fought and earned,

Through hardships endured, we find our might,
Transforming darkness into radiant light.

When the path seems steep, arduous to tread,
No pain, no gain, resounds within our head,
It fuels our determination, ignites the fire,
To push through the limits, reach higher and higher.

In the depths of challenge, character is built,
No pain, no gain, as we face what we're dealt,
Through sweat and tears, we sculpt our resolve,
In the crucible of effort, we evolve.

For it's in the struggle, the tests we face,
No pain, no gain, we embrace and embrace,
Stretching our limits, surpassing our best,
Unleashing the strength within our chest.

Each setback encountered becomes a chance,
No pain, no gain, to rise from life's dance,
To gather the fragments, and carry on,
With resilience and purpose, strong and drawn.

No pain, no gain, the mantra we hold,
As we chase our dreams, steadfast and bold,
In every stumble, we learn to grow,
Embracing the challenges that life may bestow.

So let us embrace the trials we face,
With courage and conviction, we'll embrace,
No pain, no gain, the guiding light,
Leading us towards victories shining bright.

For when we persevere through hardships endured,
The fruits of our labor will be ensured,

As we strive, conquer, and forever gain.
