The tree finds a way to survive
Throughout the year it thrives
Even in the poor weather
The leaves stay together
In summer the tree stands tall
Proud and not ready to fall
Embracing the sunshine
Sublime and divine
In autumn the leaves change
Yellow, brown and orange
They get too tired to stay
With the wind they play
In winter they end on the ground
A new life they have found
For the kids to carry and kick
The insects to hide and eat
Cold days and frosty nights
The tree forgets the light
Oh!Did you hear the birds sing?
Did we forget about spring?
When the leaves grow back
When nature comes back
The sun glows up in the sky
And makes the tree shine.....
