why is therapy so confusing
God why does it make me go insane
I am doing all this talking to help me
but I keep getting in my own way

God I am so stupid
trusting someone I don't know
feeling let down
becuase I cant handle being alone

I am bad at thinking and talking
and living
and breathing
I am bad at therapy
I am bad at being me
