"Is he mentally deranged?" I thought.

"He must be mentally deranged!" I concluded.

I headed back inside and started to eat the snack I had bought when I encountered the mentally deranged man. It tasted dry in my mouth.

Funny how an impassive day had been turned to one of mystery. Or worry?
