just a spectator
In this vast stage of life, I gaze upon,
And ponder on the role I truly play, Am I the main act, or just lost, withdrawn? A mere spectator, watching day by day? Do I control my destiny and fate, And guide my life with purpose and control? Or am I bound, a captive to my state, A character whose script has been foretold? I search within, for answers yet untold, To know if I'm the hero of my tale, Or if I'm but a watcher, as it's told,
In silent never to prevail. But now I recognize, without a doubt, I am both actor and the author, throughout.
