Isn't it weird,
that when we are sad,
moon is the only object we relate to,
we talk to,
we cry with,
But for what?
the moon never replies!
it never consoles you,
never gives you a tissue to wipe your tears,
never put his hand on your shoulder and comfort you,
So why do we romance under the moon,
cry under the moon,
Feel inspired watching the still moon,
when it never comes to you?

it's so far away,
yet it has a tight control on people's feelings.
their hopes are shattered on a moonless night.
Lunar eclipse causes terror and fear in people,
when, in fact, and again, it does nothing?

Maybe the answer is in people themselves.
Moon is far away,
So far that it could be watched by all.
all people,
from all regions.
all the eyes are on the moon,
in the lonely nights,
people far away too,
from their favourite persons, family or friends.

The moon,
shining bright,
giving hopes and assuring you,
that,
you are not alone.
