under this gray suburban sky
the call of vanity
slowly with a smile
tears us away..
that's why wolves did not want to learn how to bark,
paying the price of being hungry and cold
but at least
saving themselves from living out regrets and wagging tails
and instead,
howling their freedom in the wind
and savoring the sound of silence just before dissapearing into the wild
