Lost Innocence
In shadows cast, innocence disturbed,
Whispers of childhood, once unheard.
Playgrounds echo with a chilling tale,
Laughter replaced by a ghostly wail.
Dreams, like petals, crushed and torn,
In a world where innocence is born.
Giggles tainted by a cruel embrace,
A haunting trace in a young heart's space.
Tiny footsteps stumble, lost and scared,
In a realm where hope is ensnared.
Amid the darkness, a flicker remains,
A plea for solace, where healing sustains.
Let's mend the fractures, reclaim the good,
Restore the innocence misunderstood.
