Im not really proud of myself at the moment. Ive barely broke free of my self hating torment. There's so much to do now, motivation lies dormant. I gave up the feelings that swarmed me like hornets.
I skipped on my meds cause I thought it would help. I just made it worse now I'm inching towards hell. I'm crabby and sad...
