Whispers of the Nile: A Poem of Gods and Lore
From sands of gold, where the Nile’s breath flows,
Rises a tale that the ancients know.
Sunfire climbs, Ra's steady gaze,
Waking the world in dawn’s bright blaze.

Through azure skies his chariot sails,
Falcon eyes pierce winds and gales.
Beneath his light, fields bloom and sway,
Life anew with each new day.

Osiris rests where shadows creep,
In the afterlife’s realm, a dreamless sleep.
Green of skin, with a crown of white,
Keeper of judgment, guiding souls to light.

Isis weeps as the rivers rise,
Her tears carved in moonlit sighs.
Mother, magician, fierce and fair,
Weaver of spells, love beyond compare.

Horus soars, a royal flame,
Vengeance wrought in his father’s name.
The Eye he guards, a talisman bright,
Warding evil from day to night.

Anubis walks where silence reigns,
Black jackal steps on funerary plains.
Guardian of tombs, with gaze so keen,
Weighing hearts that no lie could screen.

Amun whispers in hidden veils,
Mysteries deep as the desert’s trails.
With ram’s proud horn and shadowed face,
Creator unseen, beyond all space.
