A lonely night,
and they sat by the moon,
dancing to the melody,
Swaying to the tune,

She sang old melodies,
and he played the guitar,
She was falling too fast,
and he knew their love won't last,

Hand in hand as they went by,
smiles and laughters, all recolined
And the sun grew brighter day by day,
until he was gone and left her astray

She wrote pages and pages,
till the ink ran out,
but the wind never returned,
her heart was all she burned,

Till this day, she looks upon the sky,
In the hope that he may return,
