When I see myself...
I see a strong woman, One who keeps fighting no matter how difficult it the battle.
I see caring and compassion
for everyone not just a select few. I see a smile that tries to hide the pain of a broken past. I see a broken heart trying desperately to mend even though it will never be the same. I see blue eyes fighting back tears from a traumatic past that continues to haunt her every move. I see the injustices that took everything that ever mattered, leaving an empty shell of what used to be. But most importantly I see someone that has better things to do than worry about what anyone else thinks because she knows who she is and doesn't need your validation to get by.
