I secretly yearn for an unclouded sense of who I am,
I have thus begun on a path to acquire and master a variety of skills,
To help me achieve my goals,
Only to get caught in the middle of it, overloaded, and stuck.
Typically, this happens when my inner self is in opposition,
To what I want to experience in the external, material world,
I anticipate finding solutions, reshape my identity where it counts,
Then, but only for the better, I'll adjust and change.
