unexpected guest!!!
once despair visits me for a while,
breathing deeply is the first thing i do in the wild
i do welcome its visit ,
but i never stop making for it a limit
crying and journaling used to be my first hosts for it
but i never forget to connect with nature where i can kindly amuse a bit with my unwanted guest
thanks to meditation , it used to get shrunk immediately
making my mind less agitated and overwhelmed entirely
leaving my hopeful soul away
to get back to its usual expected state again✨🌻
