Thoughts and words,
Unspoken, in my head I bore,
Too scared to use the sword,
To slash open, cause I couldn't hold it anymore.

I just wished I fessed up,
Then, it would have being both of us,
Cause all I wanted was your love,
Which you gave me, and so much more.

A year now gone,
A day, I never thought,
What if you said no,
Then, the love, I would have fought.

I now feel wrecked,
Bereaved and upset,
Wishing I told you,
How you made me, feel lovable.
