Newly commissioned army officer, young, energetic and eager to learn.
Traveling through a mountain range sitting in a train , through the window saw a shepherd there, sitting under a tree with few sheep here and there and a hut few meters away.

Any number of times the officer would pass through that mountain range, he would always see the shepherd sitting there.

One day he thought,“ Such an idiot, wasting his life sitting in a place.
Look at me so young and tough and traveling everywhere .
The places I have been he wouldn't even have seen it in his dreams.
He is wasting all his life sitting in a place and look at me everyday I am at a new place.
He should learn from me and not waste his life by wasting time .”

The young officer was posted somewhere else.

Years went by the young boyish officer grew up to be a man.
Got married and had two kids and loved them like everyone did .
With family he always wanted to be.
And he missed them when the weren't with him.

It came to be one day he had to travel though the same mountain range
Traveling through the range, sitting in a train, through the window he saw the same shepherd there. Sitting under a tree with few sheep here and there and a hut few meters away.

Now the officer thought,“ Look how blessed he is !!! Sitting comfortably under a tree and enjoying the natural beauty.
With family just few meters away
Never to far that he can't meet them everyday .
Look at me such an idiot I am, traveling everyday.
With my family left behind somewhere far, far away.
And I can't meet them for several, several days.”
