" Life isn't about finding yourself… It's about becoming yourself "

This quote is very empowering to me. It's also one of my favorites. Too much of my life was spent feeling lost. But when you think about it trying to find yourself is a ridiculous notion. But If we are constantly just becoming ourselves at every moment That opens up unlimited and infinite possibilities. It gives space for adaptation evolution and change Which are all Necessary for living life. It sets nothing in Stone. It enables you to flow like water. It excludes nothing. Making it perfectly all right to be who you are at any given moment because you know that you are on your way to becoming. And every self that you are at Every moment is only Temporary. We can take control of our own trajectory at any point in time. Even if the journey To becoming who you believe you are meant to be seems like an uphill battle; constantly having to fight and struggle to gain ground and pushing straight through storm after storm. Walking face first into the powerful gust of wind that may push you back a time or two. But that's when you've just got to dig your hills in and stand firm in the YOU that you are at the moment until the Storm passes and you are back to your journey to becoming you. It just makes life seem a little less ugly and a lot more beautiful.
