My dearest mother, my first love,
The one who gave me life,
I am forever grateful,
For all that you have sacrificed.

From the moment I was born,
You held me in your arms,
You gave me love and warmth,
And kept me safe from harm.

As I grew, you taught me,
The values of life and love,
You showed me how to be kind,
And to trust the Lord above.

Your love has been my inspiration,
In all that I do and say,
You've given me strength and courage,
To face each and every day.

And now as I reflect,
On all the blessings in my life,
I thank God for you, my mother,
My first love and my first inspiration.

I am forever grateful,
For the gift of life you gave,
And for all the love and support,
That you've shown me each day.

So on this special day,
I want to express my love and thanks,
For being the best mother,
And for all the memories that we've shared.

I love you more than words,
Could ever express or convey,
And I thank you for being there,
For me, each and every day.
