In the corner of the solitary room
resides the forgotten tune
once considered beautiful and sung around
now hums slowly in the background
it was once cherished as her favourite song
the one she danced to all night long
she promised to never forgot the night
but just like insignificant moments
the promise lays forgotten like
the forgotten tune.
