in the hope of
once again, i've lost many things
once was so close to my heart.
i got saddened for sure,
but, this time, i didn't fall apart.
i know, i may never gain any of them, again.
and i know, perhaps similar ones will adorn my life,
perhaps new ones.
regardless, i will continue on my path.
this time without holding back tears,
this time with no elegy rhymes in my ears.
i am just starting again, from where it's all been.
with being grateful to their existence,
peacefully remembering the days i lived with them.
and, deep inside my heart,
in the hope of
meeting them again.
