In the end it was just me and my thoughts,
A painful trap, long after you were gone,
You left without knowing you have caged me,
For so long you have been gone and I don't know when you are coming back to me.
You placed me in a total darkness,
You took my light with you when you left.
I run when someone shows me light,
The light burns down to my heart.
I don't want anyone's light.
I want my light you took from me,
Other's light are too bright or too dim than my light.
My heart burns anytime I think of you not coming back to me.
I console my thoughts with the hopes that you will come.
But I wake up every morning to feel this pain that it is another day without you.
I wish you could set me free my dear.
There are other light that can light my darkness,
But the heart want only you to light it up.
