Here I'm doing everything my heart wants and I still shine.

They say don't worry life is too beautiful,
it's the matter of time.
But oh the irony!
When it comes to them all they do is whine.

They say if I ignore all my problems I'll be fine.
They say everyone's life has been difficult so would be thine.

Every damn time I go through something
they come and they say.
Like I really pray and beg them to show me the way.

I pretend to be weak
but I know how strong I am.
Little do they know this too
that I'm the master in this life's game.

So honey don't dare to put your nose in my life.
I have always been pretty smart
and I don't just live I thrive.

But who cares if you still want to just say and say and say,
I'm going to live happily,
I'm going to lead my way.

I will dance merrily.
I will be the wild flower.
I will shine like a sun,
every minute, every hour.

Whatever you say is not going to affect me,
I know who I am.
I know who I want to be.
