Hold my breath, hide the pain, build
Explosion inside, a storm within me
No words escape, lips sealed shut
Eyes speak, silently tell it all, unseen
Tears held back, never allowed to flow
Sharing my pain, could bring healing, perhaps
But I choose to remain shattered, broken still.
A future where live feels more broken
