Sometimes,
In the lull of night,
I feel my soul is wandering
in the vast expanse of nothingness,
Having heard the cosmic hum ‘OM’ and the perennial chants;
Lost in the sounds of hundreds of Mridangams, the divine instruments,
I experience the real state of Trance,
But, right then,
Nothingness takes me in its embrace,
A feeling divine and a total solace,
In words, I just can’t express,
Kind of total serenity and peace,
As if I am sitting in the lap of the divine formless,
Surely, its the amalgamation of mine with
Nothingness!
